Specify diameter, grit, color and length for aluminum oxide or ceramic filament, and we produce to your brush design - including custom grit loading ratios for ceramic applications that need specific pressure profiles.

Grit and loading24# to 240# plus custom grain loading, including ceramic blends.
Color and lengthCustom colors for grit coding; 1250 mm standard, others on request.

How an OEM project runs

  • 1. Spec review: Share brush type, workpiece and target finish; we propose material, diameter and grit.
  • 2. Sample approval: Test filament or trial brushes on your line before volume commitment.
  • 3. Series production: Production with QC on diameter, grit and color consistency.
