Yes - blend ratio is the customization that makes hybrid filament powerful.

Because hybrid performance depends on how the two abrasives share the work, the blend itself is a design parameter. We tune diamond-to-silicon-carbide loading to your material and pass sequence, then set diameter, grit, color and length around it.
