*Before extruding, filaments must be combed like girl's hair, lubricant oil spraying order and collecting roller shapes have to be adjusted according to different diameters.
*Bending test in boiled water and strength test must be done before each shipment, make sure the filaments in quite good mechanical performance.

For different brush filaments, the production loss is different, so we have different MOQ requirements on them. For example, 50kgs for diamond filaments, 500kgs for PA 6 filaments, etc. Trying best to support customers, the order quantity can be negotiated for the trial order.
